This can be due to: dents, scratches, missing pieces, slight color variations, alternative jar color, cotton or wood wicks, past season/discontinued scents, discolored/torn/scratched/smudged/Print error LABELS, and any other purely cosmetic blemishes. Rest assured, every OOPS item is fully functional, with any flaws being purely cosmetic. As an environmentally conscious company, we believe that perfectly usable items shouldn’t go to waste just because they’re a bit different (especially when it means saving some money).
